Shipping & Returns

We currently offer shipping within the UK only. We plan to expand our shipping options to the EU and rest of world later this year. 

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post or DHL, and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the items included in the order. 

We offer FREE delivery on orders over £40. FREE delivery will be calculated based on the total value of the order after discounts have been applied.

Please allow us time to prepare your order for dispatch. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification. While we make every effort to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible, please note that delays may occur through your local postal service.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone so we can arrange a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in a sellable condition, with all labels and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings are not refundable.

If you choose to return your items, please allow up to 10 working days for the bank to process your refund after we confirm it's been issued. Please note that postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. In all other cases, the return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

Refunds for online purchases will only be issued to the card used for the original transaction.

Our Click and Collect service offers a convenient way to order online and pick up your purchase at the Museum. Simply choose the Click and Collect option at checkout.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Once you've received the notification, you can collect your order between 11am and 4pm, Sunday to Monday.
