Shipping policy

All our UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post or DHL, and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the items included in the order. 
We offer FREE delivery on UK-only orders over £40 FREE delivery will be calculated based on the total value of the order after discounts have been applied.

Current estimated delivery timeframes for standard items are:
  • UK 1st Class: delivery 2-5 business days from dispatch
  • Europe: approximately 3-11 business days from dispatch (customs clearance may cause delays)
  • Rest of World: approximately 3-11 business days from dispatch (customs clearance may cause delays)
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance, including local VAT and duties based on the product's value and origin, will be your responsibility. Customs policies differ by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details

Delivery Information
Please allow us time to prepare your order for dispatch. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification. While we make every effort to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible, please note that delays may occur through your local postal service.
Click & Collect 
Our Click and Collect service offers a convenient way to order online and pick up your purchase at the Museum. Simply choose the Click and Collect option at checkout.
Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
Once you've received the notification, you can collect your order between 11am and 4pm, Sunday to Monday.
